Lead Estimator/Senior Estimator

MBP is looking for Lead Estimator/Senior Estimator* in Raleigh, NC, or Washington DC areas, with significant experience providing cost estimating on vertical and/or horizontal construction projects. Proficient with construction industry cost management software package(s). Additional experience in one or more of the following desired: construction management, CPM scheduling, value engineering, risk management, constructibility review, claims analysis, and/or contract administration. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Lead Scheduler/Senior Scheduler

MBP is looking for Lead Scheduler/Senior Scheduler* in Tampa, FL, Raleigh, NC, or Washington DC areas, with significant experience providing schedule development and/or review services on vertical and/or horizontal construction projects. Highly proficient in Oracle P6 and experienced with one or more of the following: Microsoft Project, Phoenix Project Manager, or similar. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Lead Claims Analyst/Senior Claims Analyst

MBP is looking for Lead Claims Analyst/Senior Claim Analyst* in Tampa, FL, Raleigh, NC, or Washington DC areas, with significant experience developing and/or providing review and analysis of construction claims, specifically related to delay, productivity, and cost impacts. Highly proficient in Oracle P6 and experienced with one or more of the following: Microsoft Project, Phoenix Project Manager, or similar. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Intern

Co-ops/Interns will potentially gain experience in on-site construction inspection, documentation, research, computer applications, scheduling, cost estimating, plans and specifications, project close-out, report development, and safety.

Commissioning Project Manager

Commissioning Project Manager will serve as the lead role and/or oversees other team members’ performance of commissioning, retro-commissioning, and monitoring-based commissioning tasks. Performs commissioning tasks including but not limited to: review of the Basis of Design with the Owner’s Project Requirements, developing commissioning specifications, HVAC design reviews, review of submittals, on-site representation including organizing and facilitating meetings, monitoring of the installation of construction materials, project documentation of commissioning issues, TAB verification and functional performance testing procedures, and preparing the final commissioning report.
